Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

To request a return, please contact us at babs@crocodoilskincare.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• We do not accept returns on used or opened products for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
